Trustees and Officers

R. Terry Bell, President and Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Bell has been an officer and trustee of Rockwell Fund since 1980.  He is a graduate of Texas Tech University (BA), the University of Texas Law School (JD) and the George Washington University Law School (LLM).  He was in private practice until 2003, when he began working for the foundation.

Barbara W. Bellatti, Secretary

Ms. Bellatti has been an officer and trustee of the Fund since 2003.  She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (BA) and the University of Oklahoma (ME) and is a former science teacher, counselor and school principal.

Sharon Lovick Edwards, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer

Ms. Edwards is co-founder and partner in The Cornerstone Consulting Group, Inc. She is a graduate of Howard University (BS) and has significant nonprofit management, programmatic and consultant experiences on a broad range of human service, community health and organizational management issues. 

Bennie Green, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer

Mrs. Green is a lifelong resident of Houston, with extensive experience in trust administration, financial management and investment oversight.  Since her retirement she has been actively involved with numerous Houston charities and educational projects.

Margaret E. McConn, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Investment Officer

Ms. McConn has been an officer and trustee of the Fund since 2003.  A Certified Public Accountant, she is a graduate of Rice University (BS, MAcco) and was in private practice before joining the Fund.

Whitney Randolph, Treasurer

Ms. Randolph is a Senior Vice President with U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management.  She is a graduate of Rice University (BA) and the University of Houston (MS) and is experienced in portfolio construction and management.
