T. Kelly Dowe, Board Chair
Mr. Dowe is Vice President of Finance for Rebound International, a Houston-based software company. He has served in a number of other public and private sector leadership roles, including as trustee for two public pension systems. He is a graduate of Baylor University (BBA) and the University of Texas at San Antonio (MBA). 

Whitney Randolph, Treasurer
Ms. Randolph is a senior vice president with UBS Financial Services, Private Wealth Management, where she designs investment strategies for families and private foundations. She is a graduate of Rice University (B.A.) and the University of Houston’s Bauer College (M.S., Finance).

Donna Fujimoto Cole, Assistant Treasurer
Ms. Cole is the Founder and President/CEO of Cole Chemical & Distributing, Inc. and Co-founder of Pantheon of Women. She serves on many national, regional and advisory boards and has also served on President George H. W. Bush’s President’s Export Council in 1991-93. She graduated from Manpower Business Training Institute of Technology.

Domingo Barrios, Secretary
Mr. Barrios is the Vice President and Community Development Officer at Cadence Bank, N.A., Pearland, Texas. He has served the nonprofit sector for over 25 years in leadership positions prior to joining Cadence Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver (M.S.) and Creighton University (B.S.).

Marvalette Fentress Hunter, Trustee
Ms. Hunter is President & CEO of 3D Visions Planning Consultants, a real estate development and planning consulting firm where she manages all design, development, construction, and asset management operations.  Ms. Hunter formerly served as Chief of Staff for Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner.  She is a graduate of Cornell University (M.R.P.) and Florida A&M University (B. Arch.).

Ronald C. Lewis, Trustee
Mr. Lewis graduated from Princeton University, where he majored in the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, and from Harvard Law School with honors. In private practice, he was a trial lawyer and handled complex commercial and personal injury cases.  Prior to becoming President of Rockwell, he was the Houston, Texas City Attorney.  He has been involved with numerous civic and professional organizations.

Kelly S. Opot, Trustee
Ms. Opot is the Chief Executive Officer for Community Impact Solutions (CIS), an innovative, impact-oriented business that focuses on providing catalytic credit, impact consulting and support to social entrepreneurs. She received her BA in American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Public Policy from The Humphrey School of Public Affairs at The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

 

 

 

Ronald C. Lewis, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lewis graduated from Princeton University, where he majored in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Affairs, and from Harvard Law School with honors. He has been involved with numerous civic and professional organizations, and was the City Attorney for Houston and handled complex commercial cases involving contract, fraud, personal injury, environmental and other claims.

Tantri Emo, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Emo graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia (Bachelor of Commerce) and from University of Houston Clear Lake (Master Science in Finance).  Prior to joining Rockwell, she worked at the City of Houston as Chief Business Officer/Finance Director.

Patrick Moreno-Covington, Program Officer
Mr. Moreno-Covington graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science before receiving his Master of Arts from New York University in Latin American studies where he focused on contemporary and historical issues of race, indigeneity, identity and land usage.  Prior to joining Rockwell Fund, he worked in non-profit administration and for the Houston Endowment as a Program Analyst.

Elizabeth Rollins, Program Officer
Dr. Rollins received three degrees in aerospace engineering: a BS from the University of Notre Dame, a MS from MIT, and a PhD from Texas A&M University.  She taught aerospace engineering at Wichita State University for eight years before returning to her native Houston and joining the Rockwell Fund.  

Judy A. Ahlgrim, Program Administrator & Office Manager
Ms. Ahlgrim, a native Houstonian, has held the position of grants administrator since 2001 with office management duties added in 2006. Her work in the nonprofit sector began at The Briarwood School in 1989, and she has held the position of grants manager at Houston Endowment Inc. and The Brown Foundation.
