R. Terry Bell, President and Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Bell has been an officer and trustee of Rockwell Fund since 1980. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University (BA), the University of Texas Law School (JD) and the George Washington University Law School (LLM).  He was in private practice until 2003, when he began working for the foundation.

Margaret E. McConn, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Investment Officer

Ms. McConn has been an officer and trustee of the Fund since 2003. A Certified Public Accountant, she is a graduate of Rice University (BS, MAcco) and was in private practice before joining the Fund.

Jana Mullins, Program Officer

Ms. Mullins has been with the Fund since 1999, bringing over 25 years of experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. As Program Officer, she oversees the Fund's Education, Community Health and Supportive Housing grant portfolios. She is involved in professional associations such as the Conference of Southwest Foundations and Grantmakers in Health, having served on annual conference planning, education and membership committees. She is an active community volunteer and a published author, and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing/Management from Barry University and a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.

Quynh-Anh T. McMahan, MSW, Research & Planning Officer

Ms. McMahan has held positions in the nonprofit management and social service arenas, specializing in organizational development, planning and evaluation. In addition to her research and planning role, she oversees the Fund’s Employment and South Texas College of Law grant portfolios. She is active in local and regional grantmaking associations, and is committed to community service, having co-founded several unique nonprofit initiatives. Ms. McMahan received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work, where she also has taught as an Adjunct Professor.

Judy Ahlgrim, Grants Administrator & Office Manager

Ms. Ahlgrim, a native Houstonian, has held the position of Grants Administrator since 2001 with office management duties added in 2006. Her work in the nonprofit sector began at The Briarwood School in 1989 and she has held the position of Grants Manager at Houston Endowment Inc. and The Brown Foundation prior to joining Rockwell Fund.

Kerri Washburn, Accounting/Administrative Assistant

Ms. Washburn has been a full-charge bookkeeper in many different business sectors over the past 23 years. Her work in the nonprofit sector began as a contract accounting assistant with I Have a Dream - Houston, which led her to Rockwell in 2006. She is in the process of obtaining an accounting degree.
