Rockwell Fund will provide grants to organizations targeting community health issues, including behavioral health.

We recognize that access to timely and affordable health services is key to supporting a vibrant and healthy community. Access to health services in the community is also more cost-effective than utilizing hospital emergency rooms designed to provide trauma and emergency care. We will support community-based providers and health centers that:

  • Increase availability and access to quality physical and behavioral healthcare for uninsured and underinsured populations,
  • Offer an innovative approach to community health, such as integrative care models,
  • Address social determinants of health and/or
  • Show evidence of leveraging support to reach more people.

For organizations or programs addressing substance abuse, we are interested in interventions that target the co-occurring condition of mental health and substance abuse.

We will also support organizations that engage in advocacy efforts related to RFI health priorities (by invitation only).
